If you continue to browse this website and/or use the CRM for Solar Installation Project Management and Sunscape Survey app (the “Services”) provided by Sunscape.solar (referred to as “we”, “our” or “us”), you also agree to be bound by the below Terms and Conditions. Our Services are subject to your use in accordance with the terms set out in the Agreement; if you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our Services.

 

2. Description of Services 

Sunscape.solar offers an online-based CRM system for solar installation projects and a mobile application dedicated to site surveys. These Services are aimed at helping you to plan, manage indeed embark on solar installation projects.

3. User Accounts 

3.1. You might be asked to provide an account to access some of the features of the Services we offer. Users shall accept full responsibility of their account information including the username or password.

3.2. In creating an account, you confirm to supply true and correct information and to maintain this information as up to date as possible.

4.1. You confirm that: You will use the Services only for proper purposes and as prescribed under the current Terms.

• Use the Services or any part of Sunscape.solar’s all systems by using any unauthorized unauthorised means. The Services themselves must not be used to gather or retain any personal information concerning third parties with their prior permission.

5.1. The Services including all Content are owned by Sunscape.solar and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other relevant intellectual property rights.

6. Limitation of Liability 

Notwithstanding the foregoing or anything to the contrary herein, Sunscape.solar shall not be liable for all indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages and any lost profits or revenues or loss of data, use, goodwill or any other intangible losses in connection with any use of the Services.

 

7. Disclaimer of Warranties 

The Services are made available subject to these terms, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Sunscape.solar makes no representations or warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied to the user or any third party regarding the products or services offered. Sunscape.solar likewise does not assume that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or will meet any performance level.

8. Termination 

We have the right to cancel and refuse any Services to any user at any time for any reason and at our sole discretion including but not limited to your violation of the Terms and Conditions or are prejudice to third parties or us or other users of the Services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your Jurisdiction], without giving effect to the conflict of laws provision therein.
